Joglo Living offers the opportunity to exchange or refund purchased articles if they do not reflect the listing or are damaged. Items that meet those criteria must be returned within 20 days of delivery date by sending a request e-mail subject "RETURN" indicating order number, name of the article/s and the reason of such request.
The returned item should be in original condition and with original packaging and attached tags. If an item is received faulty or damaged, please contact us attaching picture of the details immediately. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements. Our customer service team will be in touch to assist you through the process.
Please note that all postage fees related to returns/exchange/refunds are not covered. Any additional expenses such as import duties will be charged to the buyer.

Refund will be processed once the item has been received and our team will ensure that meets our policy guidelines. Once the process is finalized you will receive an-mail. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be credited once the refund has been approved.
