Shipping

All the orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bali and will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please ensure all details are correctly introduced before placing your order. If you want to cancel your order and/or change delivery address or the article/size, please send us an e-mail to info@jogloliving.com within 1 business day after your purchase, in order to allow us to update your changes before dispatching the order.

Some postcodes are considered remote areas by our shipping partner and occur in extra charges, we will be in touch with more details if this is the case. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We ship with DHL express, shipments arrives within 2-7 business days once dispatched.

Please leave your phone number when making a purchase as it will be used by the shipping company to contact you prior delivery.

Shipping time differ by destination as follow:

- North America: USA, Canada, Mexico - 3-5 days

- Europe: 3-5 days

- Asia - Australia - New Zealand : 2-4 days

- Rest of the world : 4-7  days

Once the order is dispatched we will send a confirmation e-mail and the tracking number to the provided e-mail address. Please note that we are not responsible of any import tax that might be charged at destination.
